Somebody pointed out the new Village Magazine website which now has content on it.
Which reminds me that I haven't bought it in ages... I should really get back into the habit of buying it and reading it. I might know a bit more of what's going on in the world.

I may be a little over critical (or utterly biased) here but did you look at the cartoon link in the corner? If they're going to run editorial cartoons, don't you think they could have found one that had some significance to their target audience.
Seems a little random alright... you'd expect an Irish political cartoon.. or at least just Irish...
