AdSense Google Search: Frank misses the obvious

Contrary to my previous post, there is a simple and obvious facility for providing a link back to your site even if there are no search results... I just somehow managed to completely miss it!


To customize your WebSearch results page:
1. Log in to your account at https://www.google.com/adsense
2. Click the Search Settings tab
3. Click Styles
4. Using the color palette and the page element radio buttons, select a
color for each element of your search results page. The example page will
be updated with your new colors as they are selected.
5. Enter the URL of the logo you'd like to show on this page. If no logo
is selected, a transparent box will be displayed.
6. If you've chosen to display a logo, enter the height and width (maximum
50 pixels) and the target URL of the image
7. Name this custom style palette and click Save. The style palette is now
available for selection from the 'Search Code' page of your account.
